Harish Rawat’s initiated and approve "Char Dham Yatra" in winter season also. CM Harish Rawat concerned a meeting with the Priests and other members of Gangotri-Yamunotri and Badri-Kedar Temple Committee. The proposal has been approved to start an annual yatra to wintering Char Dham Yatra from November 2014 onwards.
